The Atlantic puffin is a seabird native to the North Atlantic Ocean. It breeds in clifftop colonies along the coasts of Northwestern Europe, the Artic fringes and Northeastern America. The largest colony is along the coasts of Iceland, where it is the most common bird, and holds 60% of the Atlantic puffin's total population. In Icelandic, the puffin is called Lundi and commonly nicknamed Prófastur, or The Dean in English. Size: height - 14 cm.
